Welcome to QuizFactory IQ Test (the "Service"), operated by QuizFactory.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

QuizFactory IQ Test provides online cognitive and personality assessments, quizzes, brain games, reports, and related content. The tests and scores are provided for entertainment and personal insight. They are not a clinical, medical, psychological, or diagnostic evaluation, and should not be relied on as such.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or to have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium access is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and any trial terms are shown at checkout.
• Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, scrape content, resell access, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its questions, reports, text, graphics, and software, is owned by QuizFactory.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your certificate and personal results are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results are estimates and may vary. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results are accurate for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizFactory.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
