Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to QuizFactory IQ Test, operated by QuizFactory.com.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request for a refund.
• We generally provide a refund of the most recent charge where the premium features have not been substantially used.
• Introductory trial charges are non-refundable once the trial content has been unlocked, unless required by law.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will investigate and correct any mistake promptly.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
